These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the use of the "DispoHub" software between CRM Connect Software UG (limited liability) and the customer.

2. Subject of Contract

DispoHub is a web-based transport management software provided to the customer as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

3. Scope of Services

The exact scope of services depends on the selected price tier and the product descriptions on the website.

4. Term and Termination

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with 30 days notice to the end of the month.

6. Liability

CRM Connect Software UG (limited liability) is only liable for slight negligence in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations.
