Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the use of the "DispoHub" software between Eastfeller UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and the customer.

2. Subject of Contract

DispoHub is a web-based transport management software provided to the customer as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

3. Scope of Services

The exact scope of services depends on the selected price tier and the product descriptions on the website.

4. Term and Termination

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with 30 days notice to the end of the month.

5. Data Protection

Our privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data.

6. Liability

Eastfeller UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is only liable for slight negligence in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Optional AI and ChatGPT integration

The ChatGPT integration is an optional interface to a third-party provider. The customer decides which users and roles may use it. Write actions require a preview and explicit confirmation. The customer remains responsible for reviewing inputs, results, amounts, deadlines, and documents. Actions not expressly offered, including external messages or automated delivery, are outside the integration scope.

8. Third parties and availability

OpenAI terms and relevant workspace policies additionally apply to ChatGPT. Features may be temporarily limited by third-party changes, review processes, or outages. Eastfeller UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

9. Permissions and tenant separation

Integration access remains restricted to the connected DispoHub tenant and the roles granted there. Credentials must not be shared. Suspicious or unused connections must be disconnected without delay.
