How the steps fit together

A clear path through the process.

Connect the partner

The intended connection is explicitly configured between two businesses with separate accounts.

02 —

Approve the handover

The sender should review the selected partner and order data before confirming the transfer.

The goal is an order in the carrier’s workspace for its own team to process.

01

Reduce repeated entry between businesses.

Orders arriving as PDFs or messages often require the recipient to enter the same details again. PartnerConnect is designed to structure that handover between two DispoHub businesses. The released scope will define supported fields and documents.

  • Separate business workspaces
  • One specifically selected order
  • Understand the data scope before transfer
02

A connection goes beyond assigning a carrier contact.

A carrier contact in your own account does not connect you to that company’s system. PartnerConnect is intended to transfer an order into a second business workspace. It is not a freight exchange or public listing.

  • Both businesses need suitable DispoHub access
  • Agree connection and permissions
  • Clarify the technical connection, including MCP, during setup
03

Define the right handover together.

PartnerConnect is in development. The complete two-business workflow needs testing and release before production use. Automatic status updates, returned documents, changes and cancellations are not included as blanket promises.

  • Discuss a sample process
  • Define fields, responsibilities and confirmation
  • Agree availability and plan scope

Can I activate PartnerConnect now?

General activation is not currently offered. We discuss your use case, development status and possible setup.

Does the carrier need DispoHub?

The intended workflow is for two businesses with separate DispoHub workspaces. Other systems require a separate integration review.

Are statuses and documents returned automatically?

This is not promised here. Feedback, changes and document return need their own reviewed and released data flows.
